On March 9, 2026, a specialized training centered on "growth" was carried out in the Business Department. Eight newly recruited business assistants gathered to start their career journey. This well-designed "new employee specialized training" was not only a session for skill imparting, but also the first cornerstone of career growth laid by the company for new employees.

Adhering to the three principles of "practicality, efficiency and pertinence", the training designed four growth modules for new employees’ career adaptation. In the "Post Cognition" session, clear organizational charts and workflow diagrams helped new employees quickly identify their job positioning and clarify career development directions; the "Skill Practice" session focused on core tool application, and the trainer adopted the closed-loop teaching mode of "demonstration + practice + correction", enabling new employees to shift from "hesitant to start" to "independent completion" and consolidate basic professional skills through repeated operations; the "Communication & Collaboration" session shared practical skills of cross-departmental cooperation and internal communication through experience sharing of senior employees, helping new employees quickly integrate into the team; the "Standard Interpretation" session strengthened quality awareness through "comparison of positive and negative cases", allowing new employees to establish a rigorous professional attitude from the beginning of employment.

At the training site, new employees actively asked questions with longing and confusion for their careers.
